Supporting organisations turn challenge and opportunity into change that sticks. Understanding the people and need first. Designing a bespoke approach and facilitating actionable outcomes.
Bringing a grounding in psychology, along with specialist experience working with people with disability, I work inside organisations on culture, strategy and internal dynamics. I also work between organisations and the communities they serve.

Acknowledgement of Country
Tazman Consulting acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the Country on which we live and work. We pay our respect to Elders past and present. We honour the enduring knowledge, cultures and leadership of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and recognise that sovereignty was never ceded. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land. Our work is founded on a simple belief… the people closest to the impact of decisions hold knowledge that cannot be found anywhere else. Long before contemporary ideas of engagement and co-design, First Nations peoples understood that strong communities are built through listening, shared responsibility and deep connection to people, to place and to one another. These principles inspire how we work. We create spaces where people can speak honestly, where different perspectives are respected, and where trust can grow across difference and imbalance. We believe that meaningful engagement is about creating the conditions for better decisions and lasting change. We are reminded that every conversation takes place on Country. Our work reflects the respect, care and responsibility that Country asks of all of us.
